Fiona Sloof, Vice President, is a member of the Global Tactical Asset Allocation team within BlackRock's Multi-Asset Strategies & Solutions (MASS) group. The GTAA team manages multi-asset macro investment strategies including the Tactical Opportunities Fund and Sustainable Balanced Fund and custom mandates for institutional clients around the world.
Fiona’s service with the firm dates back to 2017. Prior to assuming her current role, she was a member of MASS’ Macro Research team, where she was responsible for coordinating research and portfolio strategy across the multi-asset investment platform. She began her career at BlackRock on the LifePath research team, where she focused on lifecycle investing and human capital research.
Fiona earned a BS in mathematics and economics from the University of Ottawa and MPhil in economics from the University of Oxford.
Fiona’s interests include labor markets and statistics. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and exploring NYC with her husband and dog Milo.
